Do you want to combine a broad and operational HR role with recruitment? We are looking for an HR Business Partner who wants to work closely with managers, drive HR work in everyday life – and at the same time enjoys working goal-oriented, delivering recruitments and making things happen.

About Capio Lundby Specialist Hospital

Our hospital is located at Wieselgrensplatsen in Gothenburg – just 10 minutes from the city center. Here we offer specialist healthcare in several areas. We are about 220 employees who together form a small and efficient organization with high competence and short decision-making paths. The hospital is characterized by a consistent quality mindset and a strong patient focus with good continuity and high availability.

About the role

As an HR Business Partner, you will work broadly across the entire HR area – from work environment and labor law to management support, rehabilitation, and process development. You are part of the hospital's management team and work closely with managers in everyday life.

About 40% of the role consists of recruitment, where you drive your own assignments from start to finish. You work goal-oriented, follow up against clear KPIs, and are used to planning and prioritizing your time effectively. The recruitment part takes place within the framework of a joint initiative within Capio to coordinate and strengthen our overall recruitment capacity. The role is operational, but you have the opportunity to contribute to developing working methods and processes along the way.

You will be based at Capio Lundby Specialist Hospital but will also work regularly at Capio's new, beautiful office at Lilla Bommen – near the Central Station.

You are not alone – you will be part of two teams, both in the recruitment team and the HR team for the business area where Lundby hospital is included. With us, there is both support and room to take responsibility.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has a relevant academic education and 3–5 years of experience from a broad HR role
  • Is confident in labor law, work environment issues, and collaboration with trade unions
  • Has experience in independently driving recruitment processes
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, with clear goals and taking responsibility for your own planning
  • Is structured, self-driven, and trust-building
  • Has an interest in and experience with digital tools and how AI can contribute to HR and recruitment work – we are looking for a colleague with foresight and a desire for development

We offer

We offer a role with variety, breadth, and many points of contact. The pace is high and needs vary, but for the right person, this is a role with great scope for action and the opportunity to influence. A challenge for some – but a dream role for you who want to combine HR and recruitment (for real).

Recruitment is ongoing – we warmly welcome your application!
